[mapguide-internals] Installer progress

Sorry,

There is a mistake. Obviously the .fcgi extension cannot point to phpisapi,
point to the mapagent isapi. Reading about this issue, seems that with IIS
5.1 the path needs to acomplish the 8.3 naming convention.

Are you considering this convention?
