[mapguide-internals] Installer progress

Jason, I have to correct myself. I've set the environmental variable to
"C:\Programme\.." and realized that the MapGuide Server could be started in
interacive mode. Then I switched back to "C:\Program Files\.." and tested
again the interactive mode and this also worked for me. Maybe I've done
something wrong the last time I try.

Nevertheless, the service didn't start in both cases.

I will give FileMon a try as soon as possible!
