[mapguide-internals] new projection in csmap

Zak and I have it working now to specify a google layer and a mapguide
MapDefinition as an overlay in Fusion. Instructions are being
prepared, we'll let you know as soon as its up (will require trunk
fusion because there were some necessary changes)
