[mapguide-internals] please review the patch for Ticket #1153

Sorry for leaving this ticket so long. I'll remove the MGE path and replace it with the MGOS path.
Can anybody tell me what's the exact path of OpenSource?

Yes, this is a MGE path. In my opinion, this code snippet is useless for MGOS. I know it's a little weird to put these code here. But it has existed years. I think we should remove it from MGOS later.
Basically, for fix this ticket, this patch is ok.

Bruce & Tom, can you give some suggestion for this? Is there any side-effect to MGOS?
