[mapguide-internals] About the WiX installer

Some Apache related questions/observations.

The binary apache distribution maintained in Installer\Support\Web\Apache2
is missing the apache modules. 

Also in the interests of efficiency, could we re-use the Apache source
distribution maintained in MgDev\Oem\LinuxApt as opposed to maintaining a
binary distribution in Installer\Support\Web\Apache2 ?
