[mapguide-internals] MapGuide RFC 71 for review

Zoom to record isn't too hard and doesn't require additional APIs, etc... Could we retain that? A multi-feature selection panel is pretty pointless without that capability.

How important is this capability?

My intentions with the RFC was for the Property Pane to achieve functional
parity with the current Fusion implementation. Perhaps handling of
sub-selections should be left for another RFC?
