[mapguide-internals] Builld / Release Component Query

Hi Crispin,

FDO is definitely a 3.4 release. I didn't build the beta installer, but I
would guess that it's either built with the release SDK, or the build result
of the 3.4 branch (Jason can answer that one)

The version of GDAL is whatever comes with that release/snapshot of FDO
