Walt, like most OSGeo lists, sac is subscriber-only.  The best place to
put these reports is here:

http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/  

under the SAC component... which of course isn't useful if trac is down.

Is the Trac server used for MapGuide ok?  It's been acting up today.
Sometimes it takes a long time to respond, while other times it responds
with "Internal Server Error".  At this instant it's ok, but 5 minutes
ago it was unresponsive.
