Walt,

Instead of emailing SAC you can ask in #osgeo or file a SAC ticket in
http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo.

I'll take a look into the Trac sluggishness, but to be honest we have
looked at this before without any really concrete outcome.

Based on a preliminary look, the system seems to be operating ok now
with no apparent heavy load or substantial IO wait states - the usual
signs of sluggishness.

Well, having said that, subsequent operations on mapguide's trac (a
search in this case) ran into significant delay due to a presumably
unrelated spike of activity on the server.

Still, I'm not sure where to go from here.
