[mapguide-internals] Installer stuff... thoughts about Apache crash?

I'm surprised you could even get that far.

Because I can't even get the apache service to start. When I try to run
httpd.exe, it dies trying to load mod_mgmapagent.so with the following
message:

the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling this application
may fix this problem

Which sounds very much like a VC++ runtime error message. I run depends.exe
on the apache module and it says that it has references to VC++ 2005 runtime
dlls ??? (we've moved to 2008!)

This is on a clean XP install.
