[mapguide-internals] Installation directory structure

Unless someone can get in a fix for (http://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/ticket/230) and have it be propagated back to Oem/fusion, it will have to be "WebServerExtensions"

C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuideOpenSource

is redundant as osgeo is always opensource

how about
C:\Program Files\OSGeo\MapGuide2.1\

and what about WebTier instead of WebServerExtensions?
