Oh...

I forgot to say that this build also includes:

- Trevor's recent fixes for the HTTP connection 
- Bruce's fixes for the fdo connection problems (mostly evident in GDAL)
- Walt's optional optimizations for dealing with thick lines

Lots of goodies in there to look at when you get a successful install.  If you've been having stability problems, this is definitely worth trying out.
