Hi Jason,
I will work on getting the download pages changed for the 2.1 beta. I'm really busy right now, so it may not come for a bit. But I'll try to find time as I can.
Is this the installer: download/mapguide/testing/MapGuideOpenSource-2.1.0.3868-Unofficial-0.7.exe?
I take it that I just need to rename it from Unofficial-0.7 to Beta1.
Thanks
Tom

Subject: [mapguide-internals] Installer status
Hi all,
I personally feel that the installer is ready for us to push a beta as soon as our fearless release manager gives the word...
There are still a lot of little things I'd like to address, but I don't think that there are any critical missing features that can't wait for 2.2. Jackie, what do you think? Anything outstanding?
This raises a question about samples; are updates to Sheboygan and the developer samples available for us to use in conjunction with this release? The Fusion apps in the old Sheboygan.mgp aren't exactly defect-free, but I'm not sure whether that's because of Fusion defects or Sheboygan changes or both. For instance, the Legend is either not rendering or has a bad Z-Order, the distance measure widget has really odd units set and takes extra clicks, etc.
Jason
