[mapguide-internals] Beta Installer candidate

For old fogies sticking with the AJAX viewer (like me :-)), there's been some
usability fixes and enhancements for the AJAX viewer.
- Basic map commands now have cursors (supplied by Bruno Scott).
- Ability to toggle layer selectability from the legend pane (supplied by
Bruno Scott)
- Support for Task Pane URLs with query string parameters (supplied by me)
Also some small usability enhancements have been made to the site
administrator.
