Trevor, do you have any thoughts as to what processes we'll need to put in
place to nominate sponsor related defects? I like the survey idea for
enhancements, but wonder how we'll deal with bugs.

Hello everyone,

I have updated the Project Sponsorship RFC based on comments from the list.
I think I have adequately addressed the $500 sponsorship limit by also
including donations through an OSGeo PayPal "donate" button.  In addition, I
have also made a distinction between sponsorship and donations.  Sponsorship
conveys additional rights over and above those of donors.
