[mapguide-internals] MG 2.1 Falling Over - "MgCoordinateSystemLoadFailedException"

Hi,

I am seeing a "MgCoordinateSystemLoadFailedException" and then the MapGuide
Server stops... I have seen this under load and wonder if anyone else has...
