[mapguide-internals] RFC88 Status - MapGuide 2.2 or not?

Hi,

Question came up during the PSC meeting about whether to include RFC88 in
the MapGuide 2.2 release, which is slated to go beta real quick now.

Jackie, do you have a feeling on this one?  Seemed fairly up-in-the-air last
time it was brought up.
