Hi Maksim,

AutoCAD Map (2008 onwards) has its own implementation of the Geospatial
Platform API and its dll structure is a bit different (MgFoundation,
MgGeometry, MgMdfModel, MgMdfParser and MgPlatformBase are shared between
AutoCAD Map and MapGuide). 

Perhaps you may be pinvoking into the AcMap ones because that was the one
already loaded?
