Okay, so I've come to learn that ISAPI support has been dropped in PHP 5.3,
explaining the absence of a php5isapi.dll and why PHP is utterly broken in
my installer builds (because they now reference a dll that no longer
exists).

So what is the proper IIS script mapping now?
