Hi list,

I have made a little more headway documenting the HTTP APIs.  The GETDYNAMICMAPOVERLAYIMAGE operation from Rendering Service should be a little easier to understand now.  I should have GETMAPIMAGE, GETMAPLEGENDIMAGE, GETVISIBLEMAPEXTENT, and QUERYMAPFEATURES completed by the end of the week.
