[mapguide-internals] Ticket #361 breakthrough!

Hi All,

I'm sure I've finally nailed the coffin on #361.

So now you can *choose* which IIS web site to install the MapGuide Web
Extensions to.

This only applies to IIS6 (ie. Windows Server 2003) as IIS7 uses a totally
different set of wix directives. 

I have not tested this change against Windows 2000 Server (IIS5) as that is
not in the scope of the ticket (plus that OS is over 10 years old! Surely
people have moved on!)

Any brave souls want to try these new changes?
