No, not GeoPDFs :)

Even TerraGo (the originator of GeoPDF) considers it to be a legacy format
now, even though it's published as an OGC best practice (insert your
favourite three letters starting with W and ending with F here...).

MapGuide were to support geo-registered PDFs, we would want to support the
Adobe extension which -- as I understand it -- is in the ISO standards

I hate ISO standards because you have to pay to read them, but at least for
version 1.7 Adobe has maintained freely readable versions as well.
