I'm not much of a C++ developer, but looking at the example trevor pointed out

we install CS-MAP to

C:\Program Files (x86)\OSGeo\MapGuide\CS-Map

rather than "\\Autodesk\\Geospatial Coordinate Systems"

isn't that the problem?
