[mapguide-internals] Inclusion of ArcSDE Provider

Hmm.  Not so much confident I guess as reducing variables.  It would be
great if the build process were more flexible for sure.  If your builds
could be the official FDO builds, that would be awesome; no chance of
difference between them and the SDK.

I don't know what the answer for ArcSDE is; if we don't have access to the
ESRI SDK, then we're kind-of stuck.

I think it would make sense to ask for a fix release on fdo-internals if
there is something we need for MapGuide release.
