[mapguide-internals] Patch for ticket #655 ([mapguide-users] Re: SetExpandInLegend() equivalent in MgLayerGroup??)

Hi All,

I've posted a patch to trac ticket #655 which makes the SetExpandInLegend()
method PUBLISHED_API instead of INTERNAL_API, thus exposing it to SWIG and
making the method usable in PHP/.net/Java

What hasn't been considered, is the ramifications of making this method
public.

So the question is: Are there any issues making this method public?
