Hi Bruce,

I have a couple of notes on the RFC:

INT32 MgCoordinateSystem::GetQuadrant (int32 nVendor) should be changed to INT32 MgCoordinateSystem::GetQuadrant (INT32 nVendor) if it is published API.  "int32" is not a SWIG supported type.

Is "static void ProcessBoundingBoxAxes(REFSTRING bbox);" intended to be published API?  Static methods and REFSTRING are not supported for published (SWIG generated) APIs.
