[mapguide-internals] MapGuide SLD / SE support (was wsf-t)

Interesting idea, but I think there may be higher value in modifying
the server (using xslt or if necessary direct parsing) to accept and
emit these alongside the other OGC web services.  Could also have
helper functions StyleDefefinitionToSLD/SLDToStyleDefinition that
could be called by Maestro.

I'd imagine that there will be some functional mismatches between
MapGuide's built-in styling and OGC's, but...
