[mapguide-internals] MapGuide Open Source 2.2 Beta

Hi everyone,

I have posted the Windows installer and CentOS 5.4 binary tarballs for the MapGuide 2.2 Beta.  Both are 32 bit builds.  If you have time, please try them out.  I will wait a couple of days before sending out the official beta announcement to give us time to fix any showstoppers.
