[mapguide-internals] Berkeley DBXML native libraries on Linux

if we go with option 3, can't we use svn externals rather than document
where to get the code?
at the same time can we add the dependant fdo version via svn
externals as well?
with the whats included info, are they all available in the standard
repos for centos/ubuntu/rh it wasn't exactly clear?
