IMO, that's not a showstopper, though I do think it's worth doing. We
haven't included binaries for PostGIS, MySQL, or other db-based
providers in the past. They default to not-installed.
If we're going to provide binaries, we should also look into at least
MySQL and MrSID client libraries.
