[mapguide-internals] PATCH: Ticket 1493 "Resize window caused dynamic layers disappear if the map with Base layers in Chrome/Safari"

Hi all,

Would you please help to review ticket: https://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/ticket/1493 and the patch attached to it?

It's about fixing a bug in ajaxviewer that when a map with base layer and dynamic layer works incorrect in Chrome/Safari.
When resize the window, the image for the dynamic layers will be invisible. 
The solution is to find the place where should make the map image layer visible.
