[mapguide-internals] Re: When do we need tooltips in MapGuide?

Fusion already supports a "Delay" parameter which represents the time 
the mouse has to be still before a MapTip will appear, defaults to 350ms 
but can also be set in the AppDef MapTip widget extension element.
