[mapguide-internals] Mapguide 2.2.1 release roadmap

I have no objection to leaving the IIS side alone.  

However on the Apache side we aren't compressing everything possible.  CSS for example.  It is not a huge change, but why not?  Every little bit helps.

I agree with Jason, leave IIS up to the admins to tweak,
it's a nightmare of complexity with all the versions to get right.

Anyone up for writing a wiki page with some links for doing
this with IIS?
