Hi Trevor,

I definitely think we should skip a 2.2.x release and go straight to 2.4,
simply because trunk Fusion which now targets 2.4 is actually performant and
usable with large and chunky maps.

And of course all the new features and bugfixes we've missed by skipping the
2.3 milestone.
