[mapguide-internals] Next MapGuide 2.4 release: Beta or RC?

IMO, if users haven't been reporting bugs with the Beta, no point in going
to another Beta. For the MG user base I personally think it would be more
effective to go to as quick a release process as possible, with the
expectation of a point release after everyone actually downloads and
installs the released version and finds the bugs.  MG has never had many
beta testers.
