I've submitted RFC 136 for review:

If you have a *public facing* MapGuide installation which fits the
parameters of an affected installation as described in this RFC, you are
strongly recommended to read this RFC and contribute to the discussion
about suitable web-server level workarounds for this issue, should your
installation not fit within our targeted milestones for this RFC.
