[mapguide-internals] Patch for ticket 1727 (ENUMERATEDRAWINGLAYERS can return extra redundant layer names)

Hi All,

I've attached a patch for ticket 1727

This patch forces uniqueness on the MgStringCollection that is returned by
the MgDrawingService::EnumerateLayers() API, ensuring duplicate layer names
are not included.
