Hi All,

Attached is a patch for ticket 2751

This updates QUERYMAPFEATURES to sub-divide selection filters generated from
an MgSelection (using the GenerateFilters API), ensuring that really large
map selections will not breach whatever FDO-provider-imposed filter
limitations that may exist when we perform the necessary feature queries to
render the attributes for a QUERYMAPFEATURES response.
