[mapguide-internals] Mapguide Popular 3D Geographic Data Support and Viewer

Seems the 3D mapping is getting more and more popular. What should mapguide
play role in this? Should mapguide have ability in viewing the maps in 3D by
having a 3D map viewer? Should mapguide be able to read/load common 3D
geographic data formats? Is it even possible to utilize Cesium.js to achieve
this goal anymore?

What are your opinions regarding MapGuide and 3D mapping?
