[mapguide-internals] Mapguide Popular 3D Geographic Data Support and Viewer

If we could leverage already available hooks with OpenLayers and Cesium, that
would be great.  I like the CZML provider in mapguide-rest..  

The Z is supported by SDF etc, why not enable that to be sent to Cesium in
GeoJSON or CZML?

Martin is correct though, the support would be a challenge.
