An update:

I've set up a new github repo just to dump all of our generated docs for
MapGuide and FDO. Currently only has the documentation content that is
shipped with MGOS 3.1.2

API Reference:

More to follow in the coming weeks and months.

SEO is probably non-existent as nothing links to this right now, but this
one should be online forever (unless GitHub ever shuts down).
