 Some information from Bruce that was posted to the mailing list today:
 SDF and SHP are excluded from pooling because of an update/reader issue
 within FDO that has not been addressed yet.
 If you notice some problems with update/readers then you should leave it
 as excluded. I believe this is planned to be fixed with the next release
 of FDO post MGOS 1.2.
