 My 2Cents:
 This is becoming a huge issue for our customers that want a simple
 directory drop point. Actually most of our customers do not want to even
 learn Load Procedures and I don't true the repository enough to handle the
 data. Unmanaged SHP, SDF are the only way to go with 90% of our authors.
