 Note, this should be 1.4.4 (should be release early next week).  1.4.3 has
 been recalled because it unintentionally broke ABI compatibility.

 Is MapGuide (windows install) using the FDO gdal dll/so now?  I don't see
 the dll in my server/bin directory...
