 I don´t know, I've tried with winzip, winrar, gzip for windows, tar for
 windows,  wintar, powerarchive and nothing, the main thing is happening.

 The curious thing is that I have compressed with winrar and with winzip
 the file
 C:\MAPGUIDE2\mapguide-2.0.1\Oem\dbxml-2.3.10\xerces-c-src\src\xercesc\validators\schema\identity\IdentityConstraintHandler.hpp
 and I have extracted, and it has been compressed and extracted well.

 This problem occurs only on Windows. I believe that the only solution is
 to make a zip with winzip or rar with winrar and upload it to the
 repository for people who want to install Windows.
