 Hi, I noticed that the IsapiAgent directory was missing, but it didn't
 affect me because I was building on Linux where there is no need for
 ISAPI.  You can get the code by running the following commands in a DOS
 window:

 $ cd mapguide2.0.1\Web\src
 $ svn export
 http://svn.osgeo.org/mapguide/branches/2.0.x/MgDev/Web/src/IsapiAgent
 $ cd MapAgentCommon
 $ svn export
 http://svn.osgeo.org/mapguide/branches/2.0.x/MgDev/Web/src/MapAgentCommon/MapAgentCommon.vcproj
 }}}

 I recommend cutting and pasting the above svn commands.
