 There exists quite a few open source JSON libraries for .Net.

 It would be great if the serialization/deserialization engine could accept
 that format as well as Xml.

 This would most likely produce a speedup, as the current .Net model
 internally spawns a new compiler instance for each
 serialization/deserialization.
