 The fix submitted for http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/changeset/3093 was a
 temporary fix particular to the 2.0.x stream.

 The correct solution is to fix the limitation issue in the !GenerateFilter
 API.  When this is done, the !GenerateFilters method will no longer be
 available.
