Comment:

 In r3485, add logic to handle the resize of the browser viewport and
 reposition the dialogs.  This will keep the dialogs in their current
 position but may move them to keep them visible within the viewport if
 required.  Once a dialog that is initially relative to the bottom left is
 moved by the user, the new position is relative to the top right and it
 will not move if the window is resized - unless the resize would obscure
 part of the dialog, in which case it will move.
