 In the serverconfig.ini, set RasterGridSize to something smaller than
 MinRasterGridSize.


 I will modify the TransformMesh class so that it will check to make sure
 the MinRasterGridSize is less than the RasterGridSize. If
 MinRasterGridSize is greater than RasterGridSize, than the
 MinRasterGridSize setting will be ignored.
